1. Be responsible for cost estimation and measurement at different stages of the project, prepare target cost after completion of construction drawing design, and take it as cost control target after approval. Timely reflect dynamic cost changes during project implementation;
2. Responsible for contract signing and payment review for engineering and material equipment procurement;
3. Responsible for the settlement of project engineering contracts.

Job specification：
1. College degree or above, intermediate engineer or certified cost engineer of budget estimation.
2. At least one year of working experience in construction cost of municipal engineering, water supply and drainage, familiar with national quota, construction cost market and material equipment market;
3. Familiar with the project budget knowledge, able to independently prepare the bid bottom, review, forecast and settlement; Proficient in using relevant budget software, have the ability to accurately predict costs and effectively control and analyze costs.
4. Strong communication and coordination ability and analytical and judgment ability.
